Did you watch the video and read everything? 343 Industries is a company Microsoft created. Bungie is leaving Microsoft to do their own thing. Bungie gave the rights of Halo to Microsoft. 343 Industries is a team made up of old Bungie employees that helped out with the first 3 Halo games. They had a interview with 343 Industries and they admitted that they are working on a new Halo game.

EDIT: I never said Reach was about Master Chief. If you have played all the games you would know that in Halo 3 Master Chief is in a deep sleep and him and Cortana are landing on a strange planet.

It was confirmed of a Halo:CE Re-make for the 360, By 343 Industres, It is to use the Halo Reach Engine, But most likely expanded and tweaked. As for Halo 4, I dunno about that, But they will fo a follow-up with the aftermath of Halo 3.
