Hey NuTitan can you make a pre save with all perks unlocked and thats it nothing else
NO shouts,money,health,etc.

+All Perks (non-quest)
+All Spells
+All Shouts (with instant cooldowns) *Just Unlock in Menu*

+Extreme Health, Magicka, Stamina Regen
+Increased Resistances (Damage, Magic, Elemental, ect)
+Underwater Breathing
+Increase Crit Chance (+10%)

Awesome save, just had one issue....I'm using the pre-CC God save, and I'm pretty sure my One Handed skill was at the same amount as everything else (450+). I leveled up to 10, and checked my stats, and saw that reverted back to 15. Anyone know why that happened? Also can someone tell me how to possibly mod it back to the way it was?

Your 450+ is a fortified amount. Your actual was 15. So even though it's 15, you're still getting the full benefits of the 450+ number, if that makes sense. You can still level it up if you want, but you'll just be upping your fortified amount also, so much more powerful.

Thank you for that clarification. I took a little break and when I loaded up my save again, it went back to the original number =)

I guess like you said it doesn't mean anything since the file was modded and I am still getting the full benefits even though it shows otherwise, I was just freaked out that I might have done something wrong as to why there was a perk highlighted in red while everything else was in green =)

Would it be possible to get the Pre-CC Basic Save with the following added:
+Extreme Health, Magicka, Stamina Regen
+Increased Resistances (Damage, Magic, Elemental, ect)
+Underwater Breathing
