Skyrim before Character Creation Maxed out everything Save

Liking the save but one question -- the achievement for 20 shout found will not unlock or am I mistaken?!

it will unlock i guess, i use this save, even in magic menu and you already have many shout learn but you still need to kill dragon and absord the soul then go to magic menu to unlock which shout you like. i had unlock learn 1 shout achievement with it so i think it do works with 20 shouts...
