• if you are having issues with the editor
  be patient and post your save WITH your bounty for cop and racer that was SHOWN in game.
• you should mod you bounty to a point below your next rank (if you want your achievements to look legit) max is 2,000,000 (editor max capped)

EDIT: Editor Updated, to V1.1.0.2 Possibly found Both true Values of Racer/Suspect and Cop Bounties.

Thank you as always.
Had a rought time because I don't have the game and the people who DID have troubles (a handful) they didn't care to upload a save so I can take a look.
Finally I found that if you downloaded the Demo and played it, it game you 500 bounty points off the bat once you start a new game (which changed the offsets for some reason)

Here is a list of ranks needed to hit levels in the game. If you're modding, a good idea is to go about one hundred less than whats needed and run a event in game to legit get the level. Also marked Achievements unlocked where applicable.
