I'm looking for stuff such as infinite health or items that do big damage.
This save if for right at the end of the game... I can provide detailed data if needed, but I'm hoping someone can take a look at this save and see what can be done ;)

ArrayAll the save-data is stored as strings. You can open the extracted files up in Notepad.exe or a text editor and read each line and edit. Just don't remove any spaces, symbols, etc.
