no, this does not work...i just tried over and over but it seemed like it worked at first because it always found my gold i changed it to 99999 and saved it, then rehashed n resigned it and still it was the same i was left with before, good luck and thanks for the try

made four saves with different amount and it seemed to work but when i loaded them amounts did not change

Try what nitrocel said add money in a barrel at riverwood.Just out of curiosity whats the amount your adding in a barrel?

Upload your save files and tell me your gold amount so I can look at them pls or anyone.

Broken. It says it finds the amount of Gold but doesn't allow me to edit.

After tool searches for your gold and returns a result you then enter a new amount that you want then you click save it will save the new amount.

I tried this and it worked for me. This is what I did:

Fast travel to Riverwood
Went straight and saw two empty barrels on my right
Put in 6723 gold into barrel
Used USBXTAF to extract save, and did as written in the instructions
Changed my gold to 99,999
Rehashed with Hash Calculator and put back in with USBXTAF

Works.

However, I first tried it with 999,999 and the game crashed when trying to load the save, telling me a 'dirty disc error', and booted me back to dashboard.

your editor worked flawlessly i hope you can mod skill, levels other thing have 99 potions etc that would be the best thanks again for the money mod
