only downfall is dont put your exploration to 10k because you wont unlock things at other shops as you progress in the game it will only give it to you for the area your in when u mod the points

ArrayYeah, all the stuff in Hawaii are locked. Might go there later and Re-Mod it and see if it fixes that Problem.

Arraythey must be driving around and buying cars but yeah you dont unlock things in the shops for exploration. Because the game wont allow you to earn more points so the areas will stay frozen at whatever level you had them at Originally Posted by slyfuldragon

Sounds like thats just how the game recognizes the save and values.
I might suggest modding your discovery level after a certain area. I found and modded the values after I got to hawaii and it worked perfectly fine. Others had luck re_modding back to a lower value. But we can only test and see :)
