This Pre Character Creation Save is Lvl 85 with all Perks / Spells and Shouts (But not Development ones that could crash your game)
Please note Shouts need to be unlocked with the Dragon Souls (Remember if you unlock Clear skys early it can Glitch your game)
The default stats are 999 with a stat boost of 1000001024
The health, Stamina and Magicka don't even come on screen as you never loose enough for it to pop on the screen

Daedric Armour - Full Set
Daedric Sword x1
Daedric Bow x1
Daedric Arrows x1000000
