It's going to be like its predecessor most likely, where there's various editions, which one would be the best to get with the most goodies?

actually ive only seen one collector's edition, i havent seen any others so far at least not here in the U.S. which the game is already out.

I thought it was going to be another one of those "Crystal Edition", "Special Edition", "Limited Collector's Edition", things lol.
If it's only 1, then I'm going to pre-order it right now in one of the game shops here.

Well i can see two editions on my retailer...

Limited Collectors Edition and Crystal Edition.

Limited Includes -

The LIMITED COLLECTOR’S EDITION will come housed in unique packaging and will include the FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 game; a Composer Selected Soundtrack CD featuring a number of the music tracks from the game specially chosen by FINAL FANTASY XIII’s development team; an artwork book “The Art of FINAL FANTASY XIII-2”, featuring material from various stages of the game’s development; 6 collectible postcards featuring high quality CG artwork of main characters in the game; and a High Definition Lenticular Art print of the character, Lightning.

Crystal Includes -

The CRYSTAL EDITION includes: 4-Disc FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 Original Soundtrack containing the entire collection* of background music from the game, in premium packaging. Also included is a highly exclusive FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 T-Shirt from the SQUARE ENIX PRODUCTS range that will not be available for purchase elsewhere. One thing I definitely want to make sure of is that it has the Steelbook case. That thing looks amazing lol. But I don't know which store in The Netherlands has these things, aside from the regular CE.

Basically it's the Collector's Edition + the pre-order bonus pack. (Steelcase, and extra DLC).
Couldn't find a store with Crystal Edition.
