• ****All perks should be unlocked as well (The only skills you need to manually level up are:
• ****Smithing, Heavy Armor, One Handed, and Sneak (Skill points are provided once you level up)
• Lvl 1 (Go to Level up Menu and should take all the way up to around lvl 81)
• ****You can get all leveling up achievements! (CONFIRMED - WORKS)
• Loads of Gold (9999999+)
• Loads of Lockpicks (9999999+)
• All Armor/Weapon Crafting Ingredients
• *Should be everything you need to create any armor/weapon at the forge/upgrade etc.*

*Update - Forgot to say there should also be 999 dragon souls*

Just Rehash and Resign the Save.

Tested this with a Dark Elf. The God Mode (9999999 Health, Magicka, Stamina) part doesn't work. The skills are at their normal value til you level them once, then they shoot up to 100. Thanks a ton for this.

Sorry I found out that there is a weird glitch when starting out from the save. If you start out quickly and get hit with the flames from the dragon when it first appears and breaks through the tower before you jump down, the save edits seem to glitch or disappear. Let me know if avoiding any damage before you are unbound works for you as well. I will be working on a better save later once I get back in town.
