Is their anyway to bring it to the 156 KB because for some reason everytime i hex armor and weapons the DunDefSave would be 152 is their anyway to fix it??

It does that because Horizon adds the file size of the injected file to the overall size. 100kb + 56kb = 156kb. It doesn't effect the save, after you load the save it fixes the size of it. But if you don't want that to happen use a different program other than Horizon.

Ya i used Modio to use it to my USB but it still is 152 and i tried moving it to my harddrive and same size.
When i start DD from the 152 file my 360 freezes

im guessing you are deleting some bytes then you are modding, try to re edit your save, and see if it keeps doing it :s and for future reference questions should be posted in 'Xbox 360 Modding Discussion' not in the tutorial section. Just saying.
